In April 2003, Maritime Administration (MarAd) transferred to the US Army Corps Engineers the management of the inland foreign port (Schedule K, A "Classification of Foreign Ports by Geographic Trade Area and Country") file. The file consists of five-digit codes to identify the INLAND origin or destination point in Canada or Mexico of an overland (truck or rail) in-transit shipment.
